BIRTHCHURCH, LA – Marge Glockenspiel is completely against universal healthcare and will be holding a benefit to help pay for her medical bills.
The Glockenspiel family will be holding a benefit this Saturday at Our Lady of Holy Loving of Christ and All of His Apostles other than Judas Church to help pay for medical expenses that she has incurred related to her car accident a month ago.
Glockenspiel was left with a broken leg, a fractured sternum, collapsed lung, and ruptured spleen and has undergone numerous surgeries.
Glockenspiel’s health insurance has a very high deductible, which means she has to pay the first $10,000 out of pocket, money that she doesn’t have
“I’m just happy I have health insurance. If I didn’t, this would be a lot worse and I know my friends and family will come together to help raise money to pay for my expenses,” said Glockenspiel.
When we told Glockenspiel that she wouldn’t have to worry about insurance or have any expenses if there was universal healthcare in the United States, Glockenspiel stated she was totally against that option.
“We cannot allow free healthcare in this country because that is socialism and socialism is bad.”
Glockenspiel went on to say, President Trump, Mitch McConnell, and many other millionaires, who don’t have to worry about paying for health insurance or medical expenses, know what’s best for her.
