TULSA, OK – Local man, Richie Forker, absolutely loves steak-umm, the high fat, low quality beef that comes in a frozen shingle form. Forker loves them so much in fact, that he prefers them over all other cuts of steak, including filet mignon, porterhouse, and strip steak.
“Steak-umms are just by far the best kind of steak. They are easier to cook, are a lot more greasy, you can do so much more with them than regular steak, and they are much cheaper,” said Forker.
Forker’s wife is growing more frustrated with him though, as she says that they can never go out for a nice steak dinner, as Mr. Forker always complains that they don’t carry Steak-umm as an option on the menu. Forker finished by saying that his goal in life is to open a steakhouse that only has Steak-umm on the menu.
