Man Enrages Elderly Conservative Family Members by Announcing They’ll be Having Chicken Instead of Turkey on Thanksgiving

DES MOINES, IA – Local man Gerald Bibb, has enraged his elderly conservative family members today after he informed them that he’ll be serving chicken for their thanksgiving dinner instead of the traditional turkey dinner.

“I thought why do we always have to have turkey. We only have it once a year. If we liked turkey, we would have it a lot more often than that. So why not have some good chicken. We love chicken and eat it all the time,” said Bibb.

“This is an outrage. I hate change of any kind at all. We absolutely must have turkey on thanksgiving. We must always stay the same and do things the same as we always have. I have demanded that my grandson serve turkey or I will be disowning him,” said grandfather Lou Bob Bibb.

We told Lou Bob that he can eat turkey any day of the year that he wants but that only enraged him further as he punched a hole in the wall. Gerald says if the chicken is a hit on thanksgiving with the majority of his family members, he may serve it again on Christmas instead of the traditional roast beef or ham.
