Landlord Flustered Tenant Can’t Survive in $1,250 Apartment that Has No Heat, Running Water, or Electricity

RICHMOND, VA – Local landlord Ronnie Ron Ron, 41, is reportedly confused why one of his tenants refuses to pay $1,250 a month for an apartment that has no heat, running water, or electricity.

The report comes after the tenant, Johnny John, 28, informed Ron Ron that his apartment stopped having heat, running water, and electricity a week ago. Ron Ron told reporters he promised John he’d get it fixed within a few weeks, despite the living conditions not being possible to live in.

“People hate on landlords for not caring about our tenants but that’s not true. I offered Johnny $50 off his rent every month if he could deal with no water, electricity, or heat for a little bit,” said Ron Ron.
