BURLINGTON, VT – After walking through the woods a bit longer than he should’ve, a local Burlington disc golfer continues to waste his life away playing a sport no one cares about.
Anthony Nile, 31, discovered disc golf in 2017 after his brother took him to a local course outside of Burlington. Nile reportedly won the match to his brother’s surprise and has been playing disc golf nonstop since, wasting his precious time playing something many deem as a sub-human sport.
“I don’t care what people have to say, there’s nothing I love more than throwing a frisbee and enjoy life. Tossing discs very averagely is what I was meant to do, and I don’t need to work anymore since I have frolf,” said Nile, adding how he’s about to start his sixth course of the day.
Nile’s family is reportedly worried about his dedication to playing disc golf, claiming Nile wastes every single day playing something he isn’t very good at to begin with.
“I’m worried about his obsession with throwing a frisbee. I barely play and I’m way better than him and it seems to be the only thing that makes him happy. Not to mention his fiance Krystal only sees him once a week, since he dedicates all of his time to frisbee golf,” said Nile’s brother Joe.
